How do we make a booking?
Simply fill out one of our forms or give us a call. We'll get to know each other and walk you through the entire process.
Do we need to pay a deposit?
We require a 10% non refundable deposit to lock in your date. The remaining fee is required 1 month before your day.
How long will it take for us to receive our films/photos?
We aim to complete your chosen package as soon as we possibly can. We don't want to rush your film, so please allow us up to 12 weeks to complete.
Photos are complete in 4-6weeks.
How long do you stay?
We're with you all day (10 hours). We arrived a few hours before bridal prep until a couple of songs after the first dance.
What if our timeline doesn't go to plan?
Sometimes the schedule of the day doesn't always go to plan, we understand. So if things do get pushed back, don't worry we won't just leave! We'll make sure we have everything we need to complete your chosen package.
How will I get my photos/films?
We'll send you an online private online link to download all your photos and films We recommend you download them ASAP but to put your mind at ease we keep them on our files for 5 years.
